Every piece of jewellery I make has a meaning. Not because I decided to make it meaningful — because the women who wear it made it so. They told me what it was for. I listened, and made more of what they needed.
Symbolic jewellery is one of the oldest spiritual practices in the world. Amulets, talismans, sacred objects worn on the body — these exist across every culture in every era because humans have always understood that what we carry against our skin carries something back.
The way I choose what to wear is simple. I look at what the day is asking for and I reach for the piece that corresponds. Moonstone when I need my intuition. Lapis Lazuli before a conversation where I need to speak my truth. The Exhale Necklace when I've been holding too much.
The piece doesn't do the work. You do. But the right piece, chosen consciously, is a small physical act of self-knowledge. And those small acts, done consistently, are how you stay connected to yourself.
Which piece does your day need today?
