How long does delivery take?
UK orders: 2-3 working days. International: 5-10 working days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking link as soon as we dispatch.
Can I return a piece if it is not right?
Yes — 30-day returns on non-personalised pieces in original condition. Personalised pieces are made to order and not returnable unless faulty.
Are the pieces ethically made?
Yes. All manufacturing happens in the UK at the Design Lab on Taggs Island. We know everyone who works on every piece.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is sent in our signature gift packaging at no extra cost.
How do I care for my piece?
A care card comes with every order. In short: store in the pouch, avoid water and perfume, polish gently with a soft cloth.
