A one-day somatic experience on the houseboat at Taggs Island, Hampton. 10am to 4pm. Six participants maximum. The day includes breathwork, somatic practice, Signal Method work, crystal healing, and honest conversation. Lunch provided. No phones. No fixed agenda — we work with whatever the group needs. People arrive wound tight and leave softer. Not fixed. Not healed. Just more in contact with whatever they have been avoiding.
