Amina and I have known each other for long enough to finish each other's sentences. And to deeply disagree about some things. Which makes for a better podcast than if we agreed on everything.
We started Reset Letters — the podcast version of the Substack — because we kept having conversations that deserved to be heard by more than just us. About nervous systems and relationships and what it actually means to heal rather than just manage.
What we argue about: whether the healing journey is linear (I say no, she says also no but differently). Whether women should be more boundaried or more compassionate with themselves (depends entirely on the day). Whether social media is net positive or net negative for the women we work with (the jury is still out).
What we agree on: that women deserve honest conversations about what's actually hard, and that the wellness world can be as gaslighting as the culture it's supposedly an alternative to.
